Ready to Rock and Roll!

Dearests, After a long silence, and long journey and rest, I am back and rearing to go!! There is soooo much I have wanted to share, so much I wanted to say, but somehow, I needed this time. I needed to go inside, be silent, be still, and listen. Sometimes, I feel like I do too much of the talking.... Its always good to listen. So my sweets, I listened to howler monkeys in the night, Cicada's buzzing, Frogs croaking, mosquitos buzzing... wind moving through bamboo, thunderstorms drawing near..... Rain falling on the palms... I listened to my heart beating, my liver pumping, my muscles stretching and my breath...and....I heard my inner voice. For those of you who don't know of what I speak of, I just returned from a two week juice fast at Hacienda Del Sol in Costa Rica... No food, just juice, Yoga, meditation, dance, cleansing and clearing!! I would recommend this to anyone who truly needs a serious break and a fresh start, connecting back into the body and being healthy.... Imagine how incredible the world would be if we all did this for ourselves??? SO here I am, back in the land of delicious green leaves, pungent sweet scents of lily of the valley, liloc and the delicate visions of Trilliums in forest fields....Green all around me, Green within my soul... Thankyou for being patient with me, since I have returned, I have moved slower, I have changed my ways.... more Yoga, more walks, and raw food... This takes time, and the computer has been on the back burner.... Stay tuned as I have many new pieces to be posted, they will appear on these pages, as the the flowers bud and offer us their sweet fragrances...
