*Please note that due to the time and personalized detail that goes into a Custom Design/Order there is a $250 minimum for any custom order.

Our Specialty is to create unique, organic designs with extraordinary gemstones (Ours or Yours).
We love to reset your inherited stones and breath new life into old pieces.
Two things that we Do Not do is fix jewellery that is not ours and melt down your old metals.
The custom process can happen in person or via email.
We ship our Jewellery all over the world!
When you come to us for your custom piece, it’s because you love what we do. This is our nature inspired aesthetic and we like to stick to what we know best!

Custom Order Policies and Procedures:
*All Custom Orders are not refundable or exchangeable
*We do not copy or re-create anyone else’s work.
*Wedding bands and engagement ring orders need to be placed well in advance. (At least 8 weeks)
* All Custom work requires a 50% non-refundable deposit
*Please send us an accurate ring size. Once created there are extra costs in resizing your piece.

We specialize in ethically sourced Certified Canadian Diamonds, Raw Diamonds and Rare and Unusual Gemstones.

Please give us lots of time to create your special piece, as wedding season is a really busy season for us!

We work with all types and colours of gold, and if you don’t see something on these pages that speak to you, then we are happy to work with you to create a special piece just for you! We can also source just about any stone, so please don’t be shy!

Please note: Opal Wing does offer payment plans, however a deposit always needs to be given in order to start the project and payments need to be kept up regularly until the balance is fully paid.

Shop Policies

*We do not offer refunds, however we do offer exchanges within 30 days of your purchase.
*All Custom Orders are final sales. No exceptions.
*If ordered online, please let us know that you are shipping your piece back with details of the exchange. The customer is responsible to the return shipping both ways. Item must be returned in original condition
*Opal Wing Jewellery cannot be held responsible for broken chains after 30 days or date of purchase.
*Opal Wing Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any metal reactions. All metals are clearly declared within every listing.
*Although it rarely happens, lost parcels will be dealt with on a case-by-case scenario as most are sent fully tracked and insured.
