Good evening to all!!!
Well, there is soooo much I want to share, the only thing is that I am exhausted so I will try to be short and sweet!!!
First of all I would like to Thank all of you who submitted your Opal Wing Story!! I wanted to let you know that we are a little behind as I had to pack up to go to Ottawa right after the Open House weekend and things just started to spin!!! They are being read by the lovely Chantal Garneau at this time, and we will hopefully be ready to announce the winners early next week!!! There were some AMAZING stories and as usual you all had me teary eyed and just feeling oh soooo special!!! I love you all!!!! I also wanted to extend a warm heartfelt thankyou to all of you who made it out to the open house last weekend!! It was absolutely fabulous to see your shining faces!!! I was sooo overwhelmed with your love and support.... I am still floating!! Now for life in this very moment... As some of you may know, Mercury has just started to retrograde and will be in retrograde for the next few weeks.... This means that is slows down to a point where it almost seems as though it is moving backwards..... During this universal event.... It is not recommended to purchase electronics, sign contracts or start anything during this time. It is a time to flow and allow.... The bad news is that is can be a tumultuous time..... things that are easy can seem complicated and life will feel like it may be moving backwards... What I am trying to do, is to trust that it isn't... and I tell you, its been one of those weeks.... tumultuous, stressful and emotional.... My brother thinks that I am nuts to believe in such planetary events effecting our lives, but how can I not??? we are born of this univers, this solar system, just as the moon affects the tides, so do the planets affect our lives... And with what I have endured this week, I can't help but blame Mercury... who else can I blame? anyways, if you have had a rough week, or things don't seem like they are flowing the way you may want them to, there is some solace in that you are not the crazy one.... It's just Mercury in Retrograde!!! Try to breathe, and trust that everything will work out fine, even if it doesn't feel like it..... I promise you... It will all be fine!! That's is lovelies, I miss you, I feel far away here in freezing Ottawa.... I can't wait to come home, I can't wait to feel like my life makes sense again.... Thanks Mercury!!!
